The QUICK TS2300 is a 150 W industrial soldering station for professional electronics production, rework, repair and service. Its 100 to 480 °C temperature range supports lead-free and leaded soldering tasks. High-frequency heating technology combined with sensor-based temperature control supports stable temperature behaviour across changing soldering requirements.
 
The colour LCD shows set and actual temperature at the same time. Three programmable temperature memories allow frequently used process values to be recalled directly. An adjustable temperature window with alarm, soldering tip calibration and password protection provide additional control over recurring workstation settings.
 
For organised production and service environments, the TS2300 includes a PC interface. Using the “Solderings Manager” software, up to 63 stations can be configured and monitored. Auto standby and automatic shutdown complement the workstation functions. The integrated ESD test function monitors the grounding connection and displays the ESD status on the screen.
 
The soldering iron is equipped with a flexible connection cable and uses QUICK Series 500 soldering tips. The soldering tip is secured by a screw sleeve and can be changed easily. A 45° bevelled soldering tip with a diameter of 5 mm is included. The separate iron stand is supplied with brass cleaning wool and a sponge.
 
With 150 W power, process monitoring functions, ESD protection and multi-station PC management, the TS2300 is designed as an industrial-grade soldering station for professional workshops, production areas and service departments.
