The QUICK TSS10B-K is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip designed for the QUICK TS10 soldering station with 300W heating power. Its massive knife-shaped tip features a 45° cutting edge, a width of 8.0 mm and a blade thickness of 3.0 mm, providing a large working surface and substantial thermal reserve.
The knife-shaped tip is particularly suitable for larger solder pads, connectors, soldering lugs, metal sheets, ground areas and other joints with high thermal demand. Depending on the working angle, the broad edge can be used for extensive surface contact or positioned more selectively on the solder joint.
The massive tip shape also provides a substantial heat reservoir. This is especially useful when soldering components or surfaces that absorb large amounts of thermal energy and can quickly cool a smaller soldering tip.
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. With the QUICK TS10, approximately 300 °C can be reached in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This value remains available to the station whenever the tip is used again, supporting precise temperature indication and reproducible soldering results.
The accurate temperature control and standby function of the QUICK TS10 help reduce unnecessary thermal stress and support longer tip service life.
