The QUICK TSS10B-12P-01 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip designed for the QUICK TS10 soldering station with 300W heating power. Its straight rectangular shape measures 13 x 8.5 mm and provides a very large working surface together with high thermal mass for demanding soldering applications.
The large contact area is particularly suitable for massive components, large solder pads, heavy connectors, metal surfaces and other joints with strong heat dissipation. When a workpiece absorbs a large amount of thermal energy, smaller soldering tips can lose temperature quickly. The TSS10B-12P-01 provides a broad working surface and substantial thermal reserve for such applications.
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. With the QUICK TS10, approximately 300 °C can be reached in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This function is especially useful with larger tip shapes and supports precise temperature indication and reproducible soldering results.
The accurate temperature control and standby function of the QUICK TS10 help reduce unnecessary thermal stress on the soldering tip and support longer tip service life. The TSS10B-12P-01 is therefore particularly suitable for professional production, workshop, repair and service applications involving large or strongly heat-dissipating solder joints.
