The QUICK TSS10C-K is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for soldering work with fine to medium thermal demand where a special tip geometry offers clear advantages. With its 45° knife-shaped geometry, 8.0 mm width and 3.0 mm blade thickness, it is especially suitable for applications where heat should be applied not only at one point but in a controlled way along an edge or across a longer contact zone.
The knife-shaped tip differs clearly from classic chisel or pencil-point geometries. Instead of a compact working face, it provides an elongated and easy-to-guide edge. This allows the tip to be used very flexibly. Depending on the working angle, the user can work more with the edge or with a larger area of the tip. This makes the geometry especially useful for soldering tasks involving linear contacts, connector rows or longer solder joints.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-K is a practical solution for users who need a versatile tip shape with good heat transfer. The 200W version supports clean work on typical electronics connections and provides enough power reserve to heat slightly larger contact areas reliably.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
