The QUICK TSS10B-4D is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip designed for the QUICK TS10 soldering station with 300W heating power. Its straight chisel shape is 4.0 mm wide with a chisel thickness of 4.0 mm, providing a strong working surface for versatile soldering applications with increased thermal demand.
The tip is particularly suitable for cables, connectors, soldering lugs, terminals, larger solder pads and general circuit board work. Its broad contact surface supports efficient heat transfer while remaining more compact and controllable than the very large High Performance tips in the TSS10 range.
A key feature of the TSS10 system is the direct connection between the soldering tip and heating element. This design provides high thermal efficiency and allows heat to be supplied quickly when the solder joint creates a higher thermal load. With the QUICK TS10, approximately 300 °C can be reached in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip and supports rapid adjustment of the required heating power. An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This value is available to the station whenever the tip is used again, supporting precise temperature indication and reproducible soldering results.
The accurate temperature control and standby function of the QUICK TS10 help reduce unnecessary thermal stress and support longer tip service life. The TSS10B-4D is therefore a versatile High Performance tip for professional production, workshop, repair, service and rework applications.
