The QUICK TSS10B-10D is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip with 300W for the QUICK TS10 soldering station. Its straight chisel shape with a width of 10 mm and a chisel thickness of 3.5 mm provides a large contact area for demanding soldering applications requiring efficient and powerful heat transfer.
The wide working surface is particularly suitable for large solder pads, connectors, soldering lugs, metal sheets, ground areas, heavy-gauge cables and components used in power electronics. It is also well suited for transformers and circuit boards with pronounced thermal sinks. The broad chisel shape combined with 300W provides high thermal reserve for joints that absorb significant amounts of heat during soldering.
The TSS10 cartridge technology combines the soldering tip and heating element in a direct unit. Heat is generated close to the working tip and can be supplied quickly when the solder joint causes a high thermal load. In combination with the QUICK TS10, the system can reach approximately 300 °C in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip. This supports precise temperature control and rapid reheating when thermal conditions change during the soldering process.
An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This supports reproducible temperature indication when changing between different soldering tips.
The TSS10B-10D is particularly suitable for professional production, workshop, repair, service and rework applications where a large contact area and high thermal performance are required.
