Unlike chisel or broader angled tips, the focus here is clearly on precision and reach. Due to the slim design, the tip can be guided safely on densely populated PCBs, between adjacent components and on hard-to-reach contacts. This is especially helpful when individual solder joints must be processed precisely without unnecessarily heating surrounding areas.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-B-03 is a practical solution for professional users who need a particularly slim and controllable tip for fine electronics work. The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
