The ZEVATRON ZLB-07 soldering bath is a compact, electronically controlled dip soldering bath for professional continuous use in laboratories, service, and manufacturing. The heater is hermetically sealed in an aluminum block, providing perfect protection against oxidation and ensuring a very long service life. Thanks to its excellent heat transfer, the ZLB-07 quickly delivers stable working temperatures and reproducible soldering results – ideal for lead-free alloys.

The ZLB-07 model has an internal crucible size of approx. 90 × 90 × 100 mm and is operated at 230 V. It also offers a heating capacity of 1,400 W. The maximum bath temperature is approx. 500 °C. The scope of delivery includes the LBR2 temperature control with thermal sensor, a stainless steel cover, and high-quality insulation for energy-efficient and safe operation.
