Quick Longlife solder pots are suitable for continuous use in soldering and tinning electrical components and feature an integrated temperature sensor. The temperature can be set precisely and appropriately for the application and solder used via the rotary control.
The temperature sensor is located in a separate closed control circuit so that it is not affected by the operating voltage of the heating element. This ensures extremely precise temperature control.
The material is heated particularly evenly because the heating element surrounds the soldering pot rather than just sitting underneath it. The heating element can also be replaced if necessary.
When the desired temperature is reached, this is indicated by a status LED.
An erosion- and heat-resistant titanium alloy is used to coat the pot to ensure a long service life.
The high-quality alloy material also makes the soldering bath suitable for lead-free applications.
An additional spatula is included in the scope of delivery for removing solder oxidation.
Temperature-controlled, electrically heated crucibles are particularly suitable for dip soldering small and medium-sized connectors, enameled copper wires, stranded wire ends, connecting wires, cable lugs, or similar tasks that need to be performed evenly and reproducibly.
