The GALLUNOPTIMAL assembly holder is a practical and stable aid for working on printed circuit boards, assemblies, and electronic components. It was developed to securely fix circuit boards in place while allowing comfortable processing from different angles. The two holders can be moved along the rail and thus adapted to different circuit board widths. This allows circuit boards with a maximum width of 23 cm to be held securely. In addition, the clamping jaws can be swiveled and rotated 360°. This allows the inserted circuit board to be quickly brought to the desired working angle without having to be laboriously re-clamped. This makes precise work much easier, especially when soldering joints on different sides or in hard-to-reach areas need to be worked on.
Another advantage is the stable spring mechanism of the clamping jaws. It ensures that the inserted circuit board is held securely in place, while the serration of the clamping surfaces reduces slippage. This keeps the assembly reliably in place during work. At the same time, the circuit board can be quickly inserted, aligned, and removed again as needed. The working height of approx. 11.5 cm allows for comfortable handling on the workbench and creates sufficient distance from the work surface.
