The GALLUNOPTIMAL assembly mounting frame is a practical aid for conveniently securing, positioning, and working on printed circuit boards during assembly, mounting, and rework. Its compact design, sturdy frame construction, and integrated foam pad create a clean and supportive work surface for small to medium-sized boards.
The frame is designed so that printed circuit boards can be securely positioned and held in place during processing. The soft support surface provides gentle support, especially for electronic assemblies that have sensitive components, plug connections, or uneven assemblies. This allows boards to be handled more stably during insertion, testing, reworking, or soldering.
The design consists of a rectangular support frame with sliding crossbars and a separate support plate with foam insert. The foam surface serves to support the underside of assemblies and prevent sensitive areas from resting directly on a hard work surface. This is particularly helpful if components are already present on a circuit board or if a workpiece needs to be supported evenly during processing.
The assembly frame is suitable for circuit boards up to approximately 80 x 170 mm. The outer dimensions of the frame are approx. 205 x 120 mm, and the height is approx. 40 mm. The foam pad measures approx. 170 x 105 mm. This makes the frame ideal for many typical electronic assemblies in the areas of repair, prototype construction, small series production, workshop service, laboratory applications, or training centers.
In practical use, the frame supports cleaner and more controlled work, for example when manually assembling printed circuit boards, re-soldering individual components, performing minor assembly work, or conducting visual inspections and reworking. The open design keeps the assembly easily accessible, while the support provides additional stability.

Typical areas of application include mounting THT components on circuit boards, securing circuit boards during assembly and service work, carefully storing sensitive assemblies during processing, and providing support for soldering and rework in the electronics sector.
The frame is also interesting for workshops, repair workstations, development environments, training centers, maker areas, and smaller manufacturing workstations where circuit boards are regularly processed manually. The foam pad provides additional support for the assembly, which is particularly advantageous for uneven or partially assembled circuit boards.
