Small and powerful! – The ERSA i-CON NANO MK2 soldering station with i-TOOL NANO MK2 soldering iron has a footprint of only 145 mm x 80 mm. The i-CON NANO meets all the requirements of today’s industrial manufacturing with minimal space requirements. It is designed for continuous use in electronics manufacturing as well as for special applications in laboratories and development departments and is antistatic in accordance with MIL-SPEC/ESA.
The simple operating concept of the i-CON NANO MK2 allows the user to variably set the working temperature, the standby time, and a calibration value in the delivery state. Additional setting options such as 3 fixed temperatures, energy level, and lock are included with free PC software and an optionally available micro SD memory card.
The overall technological concept of the i-CON NANO MK2 ensures that every application is processed with the optimum parameters. This means that the i-CON NANO MK2 stands for maximum process reliability and quality control, combined with low investment and operating costs. Automatic standby and hibernation functions ensure energy savings and longer peak service life.
The integrated and patented TIP`N TURN bayonet lock on the soldering tips ensures the easiest and fastest changeover, and the latest i-TOOL MK2 generation guarantees 20% more soldering power.
The 0A58 storage stand for the i-TOOL TRACE soldering iron and all i-Tools in the MK2 series is used for the safe storage and safekeeping of the soldering iron and the matching soldering tips in the 142 series.
Thanks to the patented tip-and-turn technology, the soldering tips can be changed and stored in record time using the storage stand, even when hot.
Simply insert the soldering tips into one of the recesses provided, turn them 10°, and pull out the soldering iron again. They are just as easy to reattach. Insert the i-TOOL TRACE into a tip, turn it, and remove the soldering iron with the tip attached.
In the storage stand, you can use both the 0004G ERSA viscose cleaning sponge for soldering tips in the right and left compartments and the 0008M/SB ERSA dry sponge made of brass wool in the middle compartment.
The storage stand comes with 1 x 0008M/SB ERSA dry sponge made of brass wool.
