This set is an indispensable aid at any soldering workstation. We have put together a professional selection of tweezers that are suitable for most SMD and THT components and protect the component from defects caused by discharge thanks to their ESD coating.
The stainless steel precision tweezers are rustproof, matt polished, anti-magnetic, acid-resistant, and ESD-coated. The conductive plastic tweezers are made of high-performance technical plastic (Vestamid PA12 L-polyamide), cleanroom-compatible, glass fiber-reinforced, resistant to acids, and can be used at temperatures up to 175°C.
Gripping, holding, and positioning tweezers, holders for geometrically shaped parts (pick-and-place). All conceivable gripping shapes are possible. Bulbous or long hollow tweezers with a corresponding holder are suitable for easily pulling and inserting round or cubic components. To create more order in the workplace, we developed the TWEEZ tool holder for 11 SMD tweezers, which provides optimum protection for the sensitive tips and ensures they are always quickly to hand. The tweezers and the tweezer holder are EPA-suitable for working in electrostatic-protected areas (ESD workstation/ESD protection zone). Of course, all other suitable ESD tools can also be stored in it.
