Area of application

Gripping, holding, and positioning tweezers, holder for geometrically shaped parts (pick-and-place). All conceivable holder shapes are possible. Bulbous or long hollow tweezers with a corresponding holder are suitable for easily pulling and inserting round or cubic components.

100% stainless steel, non-magnetic, rustproof, and acid-resistant, non-reflective, finely polished matte finish. Stainless steel, non-rusting austenitic chrome-nickel quality steel with low carbon content for good corrosion resistance (not seawater resistant). The conductive black ESD coating achieves a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms.
Case made of ESD synthetic leather, EPA suitable for electrostatically protected areas (ESD workplace/ESD protection zone complies with DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard), conductive 10^6 ohms. The synthetic leather is flame-retardant, biocompatible, and contains a conductive Velcro strip to prevent static charging when opening.
