Quick Longlife soldering irons are suitable for continuous use for soldering and tinning of electrical components and have an integrated temperature sensor. The temperature can be adjusted precisely via the control dial to suit the application and solder used.
The temperature sensor is located in a separate closed control circuit so as not to be influenced by the operating voltage of the heating element. This ensures extremely precise temperature control.
The heating element encloses the soldering pot, rather than just sitting under it, to ensure particularly even heating of the material. The heating element can also be replaced if necessary.
When the desired temperature is reached, this is indicated by a status LED.
An erosion- and heat-resistant titanium alloy is used to coat the crucible to ensure a long service life.
The high-quality alloy material also makes the solder bath suitable for lead-free applications.
An additional spatula is included for removing solder oxidations.
Temperature-controlled, electrically heated melting pots are particularly suitable for the immersion tinning of small and medium-sized plug connectors, enamelled copper wires, strand ends, connecting wires, cable shoes or similar tasks that should be carried out evenly and reproducibly.
