DP 5600 is a no-clean, halogen-free solder paste for SnBi(Ag) alloys with a low melting point.
The solder paste is typically used to solder assemblies with components that are sensitive to high temperatures, such as LEDs, electrolytic capacitors, components with plastic bodies, etc. Another area of application is the soldering of shielding plates.
DP 5600 exhibits good wetting and clean soldering results without the typical black particles.
It also combines low void formation with high stability on the stencil.
DP 5600 is completely halogen-free and therefore very reliable after soldering.

The residues after the reflow process are minimal and transparent.
The classification according to IPC and EN is RO L0.
