HR 600XL Hybrid Rework System 16,000 watts bottom heating 625x625mm
The Ersa HR 600 XL allows professional repairs of bottom terminated components (BTC) on large printed circuit boards. With an active heating surface of 625 x 625 mm (24 x 24 inches) and a processable circuit board thickness of up to 10 mm, the system opens up areas of application such as telecommunications, network technology, and IT infrastructure. The underside IR Matrix Heating(TM) with a total output of 15 kW consists of 25 individually controllable heating elements. This allows the optimum heat distribution to be set for each application. The highly efficient 800 W hybrid heating head desolder and installs components such as BGAs measuring 60 x 60 mm (2.36 x 2.36 inches) up to chip resistors in the usual reliable Ersa quality.Like its little brother, the HR 600/2, the system automatically performs precise component alignment using image processing and places the components with its axis system with an accuracy of up to ±0.025 mm. The HR 600 XL can be operated fully automatically or semi-automatically, offering the user the highest possible flexibility. The device is equipped for use with the Ersa Dip&Print station to prepare components with defined amounts of flux or solder paste. Process control and documentation are carried out using the HRSoft 2 software package.
