The QUICK TVS30-14 glass body filters are original replacement filters for the QUICK TV2+ desoldering station. The pack contains 10 round ceramic paper filters for regular maintenance, servicing and spare parts stock.

The filters are installed inside the desoldering tool in the filter tube directly behind the residual solder container. During desoldering, molten solder is drawn through the desoldering tip and collected in the residual solder container. The TVS30-14 filter is positioned immediately behind it within the vacuum path.

The air continues through the ceramic paper filter before leaving the desoldering tool through the vacuum line. This installation position clearly distinguishes the TVS30-14 from the external line filter. The glass body filter is located inside the desoldering tool, while the external filter is installed in the vacuum line leading to the station.

The ceramic paper filter is a maintenance component and should be checked during regular servicing. When the filter becomes worn or hardened, it is replaced with a new filter element.

Before replacing the filter, switch off the QUICK TV2+ desoldering station and allow it to cool. The closure can then be pulled back and the residual solder container removed to provide access to the filter tube.
