The GALLUNOPTIMAL GOPionier-VAC is a temperature-controlled desoldering station for through-hole component removal, PCB repair, servicing and rework. The heated desoldering tip is positioned directly on the solder joint at the component lead. Once the solder has melted, the integrated vacuum pump is activated with the trigger on the desoldering gun and removes the liquid solder.
For different desoldering tasks, the working temperature can be adjusted from 160 to 480 °C. The PTC heating element incorporates temperature sensing for controlled tip temperature. The display shows both set and actual temperature using large digits. One preferred temperature value can be stored using the M button, and the display can be switched between °C and °F.
After 10 minutes without use, the station enters standby mode. When the desoldering gun is picked up again, the system returns to the previously selected temperature. The integrated vacuum pump provides a vacuum pressure of > 0.06 MPa.
The station measures 120 × 144 × 190 mm. The desoldering gun is 180 mm long and has an approximately 1,050 mm connection cable. The separate holder measures 60 × 90 × 160 mm.
The scope of delivery includes three desoldering tips in 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm, with one tip pre-installed. Three cleaning tools in 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm and 1.2 mm, replacement filters with Ø 16.8 mm for the desoldering gun and Ø 20.8 mm for the station, a sealing ring and the holder with cleaning sponge and cleaning wool are also included.
