GALLUNOPTIMAL by FELDER ISO-Flux KF-070 (item no. GOKF070-1000) is a high-performance flux for dip and wave soldering processes. It is based on the DIN EN ISO 9454-1 Type 2123 standard and has a halogen content of < 1.5 %. Thanks to its resin-free formula, it is particularly residue-free.
