Area of application
When working on printed circuit boards (PCBs), it may be necessary to interrupt conductor tracks. This tin knife with a steel blade or our tin knife 2-101 with a ceramic blade are suitable for this purpose. The solder scraper 2-128 can be helpful for scraping off solder bridges or solder residues. Please note that these tools are extremely sharp. We recommend the desoldering lever 2-126 for removing stuck parts and components.
Technical product description
EPA suitable. For working in electrostatically protected areas (ESD workstation/ESD protection zone).
The blades are made of high-quality steel. The tips are finely ground and intentionally left without surface treatment to prevent chrome or similar chipping. The twist cap is smooth-running and the ergonomic shape makes the handle comfortable to hold.
