The QUICK TS10 is an industrial hand soldering station with a color TFT LCD and trace function for demanding soldering tasks in production, R&D, lab and repair. Its active cartridge tip system integrates the heater directly into the soldering tip, delivering very fast heat transfer and stable recovery under load. This is especially beneficial for connectors, large pads and ground planes and supports repeatable results in lead-free soldering.

Temperature is digitally adjustable from 100 to 500°C and is clearly shown on the display. Three memory channels enable direct selection of frequently used soldering temperatures or profiles. Auto standby, sleep mode and shutdown can be configured to reduce energy consumption and support longer tip lifetime. Via RJ45, a QUICK fume extraction station can be connected and switched automatically on/off using the station’s standby signal.

For defined processes, a process window can be set; the operator receives feedback through a vibration in the handpiece. The ESD design protects sensitive assemblies and is complemented by password protection and temperature monitoring via a thermocouple in the soldering tip. An ergonomic tilt stand improves display viewing, while the separate holder stand supports daily work with brass wool (splash protection) and a viscose sponge for tip cleaning. Spare tip holders and a silicone pad help speed up tip changes, and a highly flexible silicone cable supports comfortable handling.
