Power Soldering Iron with Sensor-Controlled Tip Temperature
The ERSA Multi-TC is a powerful, robust, temperature-controlled power soldering iron with a sensitive temperature sensor located directly under the internally heated soldering tip. This temperature sensor detects the actual temperature in the immediate vicinity of the soldering point. The heating system can thus react immediately to the heat loss and reheat extremely quickly. As a result of the high heat-up performance with an internal PTC heating element, heating up is unusually fast. The high thermal efficiency and the large selection of soldering tips and inserts allow both delicate applications in electronics and application areas in which standard soldering irons with up to 150 W power are used. These include, for example, the classic lead glazing and Tiffany technique. The ERSA Multi-TC is particularly suitable for mobile use in service, maintenance and repair work due to the absence of a heavy power transformer and the use of a heat-resistant connection cable. The ERSA Multi-TC is delivered with a 2.2 mm chisel-shaped ERSADUR soldering tip (0842CD) and a tip holder (0A18).
