The QUICK TSS10C-B-04 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip in a 200W version for the QUICK TS10 soldering station and is designed for fine, controlled soldering work with good accessibility. With its 1.2 mm pencil-point geometry, it is especially suitable for applications where pinpoint work, clean positioning and precise heat transfer are required.
The pencil-point shape is intended for solder joints where work must be carried out as accurately and controllably as possible. Unlike chisel or broader angled tips, the focus here is clearly on precision, visibility of the solder joint and controlled guidance. Due to the slim tapered geometry, the tip can be positioned safely on smaller contacts, finely structured assemblies and tighter areas. This is especially helpful when individual solder joints must be processed precisely or adjacent contacts should be influenced as little as possible.
In combination with the QUICK TS10 system, the TSS10C-B-04 is a practical solution for professional users who need a controllable but slightly stronger pencil-point tip for fine electronics work. The 200W version ensures that, despite the fine geometry, sufficient thermal reserve is available to process typical electronics connections cleanly and reliably.
The TSS10 series combines soldering tip and heater in one direct unit. In combination with the QUICK TS10, approx. 3 seconds to 300°C are possible with a 1.6 mm tip. Temperature measurement directly in the tip supports precise control and fast reheating. An integrated thermocouple and the integrated chip for the individual calibration value support reliable and reproducible temperature indication at the station.
