The QUICK TSS10B-11P-04 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip with 300W for the QUICK TS10 soldering station. Its straight rectangular design measures 11 x 9.0 mm and provides a very large working surface together with high thermal mass for demanding soldering applications.<\/p>\n
The large contact area is particularly suitable for massive components, large solder pads, heavy connectors, metal surfaces and other joints with strong heat dissipation. When a workpiece absorbs a large amount of heat, smaller soldering tips can quickly lose temperature. The TSS10B-11P-04 provides both a broad working surface and substantial thermal reserve for such applications.<\/p>\n
The TSS10 cartridge technology combines the soldering tip and heating element in a direct unit. Heat is generated close to the working surface and can be supplied quickly under high thermal load. In combination with the QUICK TS10, the system can reach approximately 300 \u00b0C in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.<\/p>\n
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip. This supports precise temperature control and rapid reheating when the thermal load changes during soldering.<\/p>\n
An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This supports reproducible temperature indication when changing between different soldering tips.<\/p>\n
With its 300W power, large contact area and high thermal mass, the TSS10B-11P-04 is particularly suitable for professional production, workshop, repair, service and rework applications involving large or strongly heat-dissipating solder joints. Smaller tips are recommended for fine electronic work.<\/p>\n
