The QUICK TSS10B-10D-01 is a High Performance rapid cartridge soldering tip with 300W for the QUICK TS10 soldering station. Its straight chisel shape is 10 mm wide with a chisel thickness of 3.0 mm, providing a large contact area for demanding soldering applications requiring efficient and powerful heat transfer.<\/p>\n
The wide working surface is particularly suitable for large solder pads, connectors, soldering lugs, metal sheets, ground areas, heavy-gauge cables and components used in power electronics. It is also well suited for transformers and circuit boards with pronounced thermal sinks. The 300W power provides high thermal reserve when the solder joint absorbs significant amounts of heat.<\/p>\n
Compared with the 3.5 mm version, this tip has a slightly slimmer 3.0 mm chisel thickness while retaining the same 10 mm working width. It is therefore suitable when a broad contact area is required but a slightly slimmer tip shape is preferred.<\/p>\n
The TSS10 cartridge technology combines the soldering tip and heating element in a direct unit. Heat is generated close to the working surface and can be supplied quickly under changing thermal loads. In combination with the QUICK TS10, the system can reach approximately 300 \u00b0C in about 3 seconds when using a 1.6 mm tip.<\/p>\n
An integrated thermocouple measures the temperature directly inside the soldering tip. This supports precise temperature control and rapid reheating during soldering.<\/p>\n
An integrated chip additionally stores the individual temperature calibration value of the tip. This supports reproducible temperature indication when changing between different soldering tips.<\/p>\n
