The GALLUNOPTIMAL ESD Work Mat Size L is a large-format work surface designed for soldering, electronics repair, assembly tasks and precision work. With a size of 57 x 38 cm, it provides a clearly structured area for tools, components, screws and accessories. The mat combines a non-slip soft PVC\/rubber base with a removable silicone insert for practical day-to-day use on the workbench.<\/p>\n
The silicone insert is heat resistant up to 500\u00b0C and is intended for tasks where hot tools or components need to be placed on the surface. The antistatic design supports work on sensitive electronic parts and assemblies. Because the silicone section is removable, the work surface can also be cleaned more easily after use.<\/p>\n
Several integrated function areas are built into the mat. These include component and tool holders, storage sections in different sizes, numbered areas and dedicated spaces for organized work. In addition, 3 magnetic areas are provided for screws, bits and other metallic small parts. The layout also includes 123 small-parts compartments and 49 additional sorting compartments for structured placement of components and accessories. A built-in ruler with two measurement scales is integrated into the mat.<\/p>\n
