The i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 multi-channel soldering and desoldering station provides professional soldering users with two simultaneously usable soldering tools. In parallel with the new, ergonomic i-Tool AIR S hot air clamp (200 W), the 150 W i-Tool can be used to operate another soldering tool for conventional soldering or the new
\nChip Tool Vario (80 W) desoldering tweezers.
\nare further Ersa soldering tools. The compact, ESD-safe supply unit offers the same simple and clear operability as usual in the i-CON family. Interfaces to Ersa solder fume extraction units and preheating plates are just as much a matter of course as the simple and safe configuration of the station via a microSD memory card, as with the larger i-CON VARIO 4 MK2.

i-Tool-AIR S
\nErgonomically handy, powerful! This is how the i-tool AIR S can be aptly described. The slim and light handpiece carries a 200 W heating cartridge, allowing fatigue-free work on a wide range of SMD components. The hot air volume can be easily adjusted directly on the handpiece; the respective air volume (2 to 20 l\/min) can be clearly seen on the display of an i-CON VARIO 2 or 4. The air volume can be precisely metered even when soldering the smallest chip resistors. Various nozzles can be used to ensure optimum heating of the components. A motion sensor ensures that the hot air is automatically switched off after a programmable time during work breaks.
\nThe i-Tool-AIR S is switched on and off using the light sensor in the handpiece.<\/p>\n

\nThe i-Tool is an extremely light, powerful fine soldering iron with a comprehensive selection of affordable permanent soldering tips. 150 W power ensures the fastest heat-up and recovery times. Process window alarm, energy power levels and automatic stand-by sensor give i-CON users an unprecedented level of process control.
\nThe integrated Tip’N’Turn bayonet lock ensures quick and easy tip changes and also provides a 20-25% improvement in performance compared to screw connections.<\/p>\n
