The 0IRHP100A infrared heating plate enables the underside of circuit boards to be preheated during manual soldering and desoldering and during rework. The safe and powerful infrared heating technology offers enormous advantages.<\/p>\n
The operating temperature of the soldering iron, the internally heated SMD desoldering tweezers, or the desoldering iron can be significantly reduced. Lower peak temperatures reduce the risk of damage to the printed circuit boards while significantly extending the service life of the tips.<\/p>\n
To control the heating plate, use a soldering station of type i-CON1 C or i-CON2 C. Please note the necessary interface connection! <\/p>\n

This means that no additional control unit is required for the heating plate at the workstation, and you can then optionally operate other soldering tools with the soldering station, such as:
\n– the i-TOOL soldering iron (150 W),
\n– the internally heated CHIP TOOL SMD desoldering tweezers (2 x 30 W) or
\n– the X-TOOL (120 W) for desoldering conventional components. <\/p>\n
Depending on the application and size of the circuit board, Ersa also offers three different options for circuit board handling. The large digital display and user-friendly, menu-driven control of the i-CON C offer maximum process control in 10 languages.<\/p>\n
