The QUICK 6101A2 soldering fume filter system offers a powerful and efficient solution for removing soldering fumes and harmful vapors in work areas such as electronics manufacturing, laboratories and repair shops. 3-stage filter system for maximum air purification
Extraction is carried out by a sophisticated 3-stage filter system that ensures a high filtration efficiency of 99.95%:
– spark protection grid: traps coarse particles and sparks to protect the downstream filters.
– pre-filter electrostatic (P): filters larger dust particles and extends the service life of the downstream filter stages.
– Medium filter (M): Removes the finest particles down to 0.3 µm.
– Main filter with activated carbon (C): Absorbs harmful gases and ensures clean air quality.
Each filter can be replaced separately, depending on individual wear, ensuring cost-efficient maintenance.
The flexible ESD extraction arm (Ø 75 mm, 150 cm) is specially designed for the QUICK filter stations 6101A2. Thanks to its modular design, it can be individually shortened and moved to the desired position, where it remains stable. A 125 mm ESD extraction nozzle is included.
User-friendliness and flexible control
The QUICK 6101A2 is equipped with a remote control for convenient operation. The digital display shows real-time information on the air flow rate and the status of the individual filter stages (P-filter, M-filter, C-filter). The SYS button can be used to access the settings menu, where the flow rate can be adjusted and individual parameters can be stored. The maximum air flow rate can be increased up to 100 m³/h.
