The Quick 2 Arm Filter System is one of the professional soldering fume extraction systems.
It removes airborne contaminants caused by smoke, soldering fumes, laser fumes, adhesive vapors, laser work, or similar activities. The low-noise, brushless motor generates continuous extraction with a maximum air flow rate of 200 m³/h.
The 6102A soldering fume extraction system is designed for professional use. It has a 4-stage filter system consisting of a stainless steel mesh, a pre-filter, a medium filter (HEPA), and a main filter. This achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.97%.
All necessary settings can be made using the built-in display and buttons. In addition, a wired remote control is available for stepless adjustment of the air volume.
If you have a TS or TR series soldering station (e.g., TS1100, TS2200, or TR1300), you can connect the soldering fume extraction system to it so that the extraction system switches on and off automatically when the station is in use.
The extraction system is also equipped with a filter change indicator that provides a visual and audible signal when the filters need to be changed. There is also an operating hours counter that helps you to better estimate the change interval.
